This is a Theta session is for those wanting to go deeper into their levels, ramping in steps down to 6.5 HZ. This session stimulates mid-Theta, so it may be easier to remain conscious during this session than with a deeper session. Use with eyes closed and with speakers or headphones in a comfortable place. Do not use while operating any vehicles.
